Born and raised in the breathtaking village of Jatoli, nestled in the heart of Kumaun, Uttarakhand, I, Mohun Singh Danu, inherited a profound love for the mountains and adventure from a young age. Witnessing my father, Balwant Singh Dhanu, lead countless trekking parties and mountaineering expeditions into the majestic Himalayas, I was inspired to follow in his footsteps and embrace the thrill of exploration.

After graduating from Kumaon University, Nainital in 2012, I honed my skills by completing both the Basic and Advanced Mountaineering Courses at the renowned Nehru Institute of Mountaineering in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand. Equipped with a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience, I was eager to join my father and uncle in guiding teams through the challenging yet beautiful terrains of the mountains.

From organizing expeditions to managing them with responsibility, safety, sincerity, and honesty, I have learned invaluable lessons that prioritize the well-being of every team member. Over the years, I have led trekking and mountaineering expeditions to various regions of Himachal and Kumaun, each journey adding to my expertise and passion for adventure.
